How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Parla → Cancel Subscription.

How do I restore my purchases?

In the app, open Settings → Restore Purchases.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently delete your conversations, profile, and all your local data.

The microphone isn't working

iOS Settings → Mentors → enable Microphone.

No connection?

Mentors requires an internet connection for conversations. Check your Wi-Fi or cellular connection.
